You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Check-in for last-minute bookings is only possible 1 hour after payment has been processed. Please note the property has no reception. Check-in before 15:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible. Late check-out may be arranged for at an additional cost of GBP 20 an hour. If you check-out late without prior agreement, you will be charged GBP 40 an hour. Please note that the lead guest must be at least 21 years of age or older. The property operates a strict non smoking policy in all interior and exterior areas of the property. guests found violating this rule may be charged a fine. Guest are requested to pay via payment link and authorise deposit via deposit link. The property will contact guests after booking confirmation has been received with additional details related to their stay, including payment. The property will contact guests with a contract prior to arrival. Guests are required to complete the contract and send it back to the property at least 24 hours after booking.
